The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 240 of 2025, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Nababganj, District Farrukhabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence. The applicant is not named in the first information report. During the course of investigation, co-accused Rekha and Sarvesh were arrested by the police and their confessional statements were recorded, wherein they took name of the applicant as one of the assailants.
