The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 148 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 131, 126(2), 352 BNS, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence. General allegation has been levelled in the first information report and when statement of the injured was recorded, he did not take name of the applicant.
