The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2026, under Sections 309(2), 352, 115(2), 317(2) BNS, Police Station Awagarh, District Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the first information report lodged by the victim / Conductor of Bus No. UP 78 JT 0801. During the course of investigation, the victim did not take name of the applicant as accused. No identification parade was conducted by the prosecution to connect the applicant with the alleged offence. The victim / informant and bus Driver Munna Lal were medically examined on 27.3.2026.
