The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 528 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(v), 2(b)(xi), 2(b)(xiv) and 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Ramgarh Tal, District Gorakhpur. 3. The submissions of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted on behalf of the applicant that four cases have been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in all the cases, the applicant is on bail. 4.
