The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2026 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 126(2), 105 BNS, 2023, Police Station- Dauki, District- Agra. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The alleged incident had taken place on 31.01.2026 at 20:00 hrs whereas the FIR was lodged on 05.02.2026. The delay of five days in lodging the FIR has not been properly explained by the prosecution.
