The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 36 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3 & 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is father-in-law of the deceased. Total seven persons have been nominated in the first information report. General allegation has been levelled against the applicant. As per the postmortem report, cause of death was asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem hanging. No other injury except the ligature mark over the neck was noticed in the postmortem report.
