The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 176 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS Police Station Hapur Dehat, District Hapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the allegation levelled in the first information report shows difference in the age of the applicant. A different age has been mentioned in the high-shcool certificate of the applicant, whereas another date of birth is mentioned in his Aadhar Card. The offence is exclusively triable by the court of Magistrate. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
