The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 72 of 2026, under Section 105 BNS, Police Station Kandhla, District Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is a lady and she was working as a Receptionist in Sahara Hospital, District Shamli. The deceased gave birth to a dead baby and she was discharged from the hospital on 29.12.2025.
