The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.384 of 2026, under sections 109(1), 132, 3(5) BNS and Section 3/25/27/35 Arms Act and Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station Quarsi, District Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence.
