The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime/FIR No.200 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station-Chandpur, District- Bijnor, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the case, he is having no previous criminal history and in jail since 17.04.2026. He further submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown persons and later on in a fake police encounter, the applicant-accused was caught and upon confessional statement before the police, he has been implicated in this case.
