The present bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 329/2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Kaptanganj, District- Kushinagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present crime. It is submitted that no injury except ligature mark was found on the body of the deceased.
