Heard, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2026, under Sections 8, 18, 29, 60 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Mundali, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 11.2.2026. It is further submitted that co-accused Bijendra and Man Singh have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 8.5.2026 and 20.05.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 15617 of 2026 and 1
