The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 147 of 2026 under Sections 75, 352, 351(2), 115(2), 70(1) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and as per the FIR, allegation of sexual assault and outraging the modesty has been levelled against the applicant and co-accused whereas the victim, as an afterthought, in her statement recorded under section 180 BNSS has levelled the allegation of commission of rape by the co-accused.
