In paragraph 4 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that the applicant has been granted bail by the court below on 06.06.2026 in Case Crime No. 151 of 2026. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2026 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 324(5) BNS and section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, registered at Police Station Phase-III, District Gautam Budh Nagar during pendency of the trial. 4.
