The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 242 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) BNS and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him.
