Heard Shri Sushil Kumar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chandra Shekhar Saran, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 111(2)(B), 318(2), 319(2), 338, 339, 340(2) of B.N.S.and 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station Sadar, District Agra, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that as per first information report, 10 mobile phones, 7 ATM cards and some aadhar cards are said to have been recovered from the joint possession of ten accused persons, including the applicant.
