Heard Shri Vishveshwar Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.D. Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 05 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 238(Ka), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station Madanpur, District Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him.
