The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 351 of 2026, under Section 111(2) BNS and 3/5/7/12/25 Arms Act, Police Station Lisari Gate, District Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is submitted that three co-accused Shadab, Amjad@Babi and Moin have already been granted bail by this court. It is further submitted that as per FIR, one country-made pistol, one hand cutter, one small grander and saw blade and some other incriminating articles are said to have been recovered from the posses
