The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2026, under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4(1) POCSO Act, Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him.
