Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 67 of 2026, under Sections 87, 69, 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Belghat, District Gorakhpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that though in the FIR, allegations have been made that the applicant has enticed away the daughter of first informant, who is admittedly major. After returning, the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS specifically stated that she, being a major, had left her house on her own sweet will, as she is in love affair with the applicant for last three years and stayed with him for 17 days.
