The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2026, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Shamshabad, District Agra, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is submitted that the FIR has been lodged after a delay of nine days for which no explanation has been given. It is further submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated due to enmity and the victim has refused to undergo medical examination. The applicant has been languishing in jail since 2.4.2026. In case, he is grante
