The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 238, 351(2), 352, 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Ramnagar, District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report and during investigation he was arrested after two months of the incident. It is further submitted that the applicant is said to have confessed his involvement before the police in the alleged incident. It is fur
