Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.50 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 238 BNS, Police Station- Jhunsi, District Prayagraj. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR as well as in the statement of first informant, it is specifically stated that co- accused Pappu and Munna came to the house of the deceased and took him 15.02.2026 on the pretext of consuming Alcohol. Thereafter the dead body of the deceased was found adjacent to the house of the Babli Nishad on 16.02.2026 and on pointing out of co-accused Munna two blood stained wooden planks were also recovered.
