The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 134 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 331(6), 351(2) BNS, 2023, Police Station-Bara, District-Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the F.I.R. allegation has been made that the applicant entered into the house of the first informant and committed rape upon her and, upon raising alarm, her sister-in-law and other family members came on the spot and rescued her and thereafter the accused escaped from the place of incident.
