The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 20 of 2026 under section 331(4), 324(5), 318(4), 61(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S., Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicant has been in judicial custody since 29.01.2026.
