The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 196 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Khiri, District Allahabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that co-accused Sushma Adiwasi has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.05.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.16276 of 2026. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report and the name of the applicant has surfaced
