The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 392 of 2025 (Session Case No. 317 of 2026), U/s 103(1), 238, 3(5) & 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Anoopshahar, District Bulandshahr, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR and he was not present at the date, time, and place of the occurrence, as he was in Delhi at the time of incident.
