Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.365 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Pakbada, District-Moradabad, pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
