The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.365 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Pakbada, District-Moradabad, pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
