Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned AGA for the State-respondent and perused the record of the case. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0159 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Mishrauliuya, District- Siddharthnagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with the allegation of torture and demand of dowry due to some ulterior motive.
