Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for informant learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicants are involved in Case Crime No. 625 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 109(1) BNS Police Station Goverdhan District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that only a general role has been assigned to the applicants. It is next submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of the applicants. It is also submitted that the sister of the applicants has lodged an FIR against the brother of the informant, being Case Crime No. 47 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 307, and 504 of the IPC, as well
