The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Saleem @ Waseem with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 178 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffarnagar during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the Police picked him up and falsely roped in this case on false and fabricated evidence. There is no recovery from the possession of the applicant and a false recovery has been planted against him. It is also submitted that similarly placed co-accused Ariz @ Bittu and Nadeem have been granted bail by this Court on 29.05.2026 and 04.06.2026 in Criminal Misc. Bail
