Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SANJIV KUMAR, J. 1. Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gullu @ Shahbaz, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Nahtau, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the applicant has not been named in the FIR. The Police has picked him and upon a false confessional statement he is roped in this case.
