Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SANJIV KUMAR, J. Heard Mr. Mohd. Achhay, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 324(5) of BNS and Section 07 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Phase-3, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has not been named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case without any evidence. As per prosecution, the incident was committed by the named accused and 300-400 other persons.
