Heard Mr. Indra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 798 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (in short 'Gangster Act'), Police Station- Indirapuram, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the gang chart, there were five cases lodged against him and in all the cases he has already been granted bail by the court concerned.
