Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SANJIV KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nigar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Alapur, District- Budaun, pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail which has been explained in paragraph no. 9 of the affidavit.
