The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0169 of 2026, under Sections 115(2), 109(1) BNS, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motives.
