Heard Shri Ravindra Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State of U.P. and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.126 of 2025 registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338 &340(2) B.N.S. Police Station Belhar Kalan, District Sant Kabir Nagar, seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the F.I.R. was lodged with regard to theft of four wheeler vehicle against unknown persons and during the course of investigation, the applicant was allegedly apprehended in a fake police encounter. As per the pros
