The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.69 of 2026, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2)Ka, 351(3) and 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Bhopa, District-Muzaffarnagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3.
