The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 126 of 2025, under Sections 126(2), 352, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 117(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Raya, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. This is second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have been languishing in jail since 17.09.2025.
