The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2026 under Section 5/25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused Anas has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.5.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 17242 of 2026 and role of the applicant is not distinguishable from the role of aforesaid co-accused.
