The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Complaint Case No.1213 of 2010 under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that FIR has been lodged through an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and co-accused Anju Devi and Mahesh Singh have already been granted bail by this Court. It is further submitted that final report was submitted by the police on 25.12.2007, however, on protest petition being filed by the first informant, the same has been treated as a complaint and applicant and other accused persons were summoned to face trial on 19.8.2017.
