The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 44 of 2026 under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(4), 110, 117(3) BNS & Section 7 C.L.A. Act, Police Station- Sultanpur Ghosh, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to some ulterior motive.
