Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 356 of 2025, under Sections 126(2), 310(2), 317(3) B.N.S. Police Station Parsurampur, District-Basti, during the pendency of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the subject case. It is submitted that the applicant was not named in the subject FIR. It is further submitted that the alleged incident was said to have taken place on 21.10.2025, but the FIR was lodged after considerable delay of 48 days without giving any satisfactory reason, which clearly shows the malafide intention
