The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 632 of 2024, under Section 105 of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report and the first information report has been lodged after delay of one day.
