The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 4.
