The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 189 of 2026, under Section 105 of B.N.S., Police Station Powayan, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of four days and there is no eyewitness to the alleged incident.
