Hathras Gate, District Hathras. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the first information report was lodged by daughter-in-law of the applicant, who alleges that the applicant continuously for a period of one year sexually exploited the informant. He submitted that certain matrimonial dispute between the applicant's son and informant took place two years prior to lodging of the FIR. Said matrimonial dispute is still existing between them.
