The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 of BNSS apprehending his arrest in Case Crime No. 314 of 2025, under Sections 351(2), 352, 340(2), 336(3), 338, 318(4) BNS, P.S.- Sadabad Kotwali, District- Hathras. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. As per the allegation of the F.I.R., an agreement to sale is said to have been entered into between the co-accused, Shiv Kumar Guatam and the first informant. It is further submitted that co-accused Kamla Kant Gautam, who is said to have received earnest money, has already been granted regular bail by this Court, while another co-accused Shiv Kumar Gau
