The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 of BNSS apprehending his arrest in Case Crime No. 22 of 2024, under Sections 147, 352, 336, 308, 326 I.P.C., P.S.- Kakadeo, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that a general role has been assigned to all the accused person and no specific role has been assigned to the applicant of assaulting the injured.
