The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0051 of 2026, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) and 61 (2) BNS at Police Station-Jarcha, District Gautam Buddha Nagar with a prayer to grant him on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant is neither the beneficiary nor a marginal witness to the alleged sale deed.
