The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0051 of 2026, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) and 61 (2) BNS at Police Station-Jarcha, District Gautam Buddha Nagar with a prayer to grant him on anticipatory bail. 3.
